CT Accounting is a firm of accountants founded in 2006. Over this period we have acquired the resources, knowledge and expertise to meet the services you require.

Although we have adopted the latest techniques and technology available to us, we at all times adhere to the traditional values of the profession.

Johann Strauss, the principal of the practice, brings extensive knowledge and experience from both the commercial and professional accounting worlds. He obtained his formal accounting qualifications abroad, majoring in Accountancy and Economics. On his arrival in Australia he attended both the University of Sydney and the University of Technology (Sydney) to obtain accreditation in Australia. He is a member of CPA Australia, The Tax Institute, National Tax And Accountants Association and is a registered tax agent.

During his working experience, he obtained training at one of the big four international accounting firms and was involved with audits of major publicly listed companies. He then moved to the head office of one of the world’s largest mining companies.

In 1996 he commenced his own accounting practice providing Financial Controller services to small to medium sized enterprises providing production of monthly financial reports, annual budgeting, 5 year strategic planning and forecasting, cash flow management, monthly or quarterly in-house developed financial guidance reports, and financial ratio reviews. Johann is also an accredited consultant with MYOB, Xero and Unleashed.
